Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, so you cancel in your store settings. In the app, go to Profile, then Settings, then Manage subscription. Or on iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You keep ilem Plus until the end of the period you've paid for.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, because they take the payment. For the App Store, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, use the refund option in your Play order history. We can't issue refunds ourselves.

Sign in with the same account, then go to Profile, then Settings, then Restore purchases. Your subscription is linked to the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with.

When you sign in you get free picks. Each one permanently unlocks the study tools (transcript, summary, notes, quiz and revision) on a lecture or daily benefit of your choice, without paying. The app tells you how many you have before you use one.

Turn reminders on in Profile, then Settings, then Notifications, and allow notifications when your phone asks. Check that notifications for ilem are allowed in your phone's Settings, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them. Reminders are scheduled ahead on your phone, so open the app every week or so to keep them topped up. While ilem is playing a lecture or recitation, the reminder stays silent so it doesn't interrupt you.

Open Learn, then Books, and add a PDF from your phone's Files. The book stays on your phone; we never upload or see it. Please only add books you have the right to use.

Go to Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. You'll be asked to sign in again to confirm. This removes your account and unlinks your subscription. It doesn't cancel the subscription itself, so cancel that in your store settings first. Notes, progress and books are stored on your phone; delete the app to remove them.

Mosques use different calculation methods. Tap the prayer times card on the home screen and choose another method, or change the Asr setting. Times are calculated on your phone from your location, which never leaves the device.

Lectures stream over the internet, so check your connection first. If a download stalls, delete it from My Library and try again on Wi-Fi. If it still fails, email us the lecture title and your phone model.
